Monster Post

I am a little embarrased on HOW long it has been since we have had a new update.  Needless to say we  have been very busy and Owen likes a lot of action...that in combination with a busy Mama who was working hard on the Third Annual Angel Kisses fundraiser, trying to keep the house in order and get over the stomach flu (yuck) it has been an intense and WONDERFUL month.  Owen is getting bigger and bigger and sillier by the day.  All his new skills are amazing and adorable at the same time.  John and I will still just sit around and laugh at how cute and funny he is.  Any way a recap of the last month or so...

On 2/11/11 there was a Phesant on our front poarch...this has nothing to do with Owen but though it was worth sharing because one doesn't see to many Phesants in Royal Oak...

Ok...now back to the baby :)  Let the cuteness begin....

Mara's Second Birthday...2/14/2011

There are no words to describe this day.  It was filled with sorrow and delight like all our days are.  Sad for who is not here, happy for who is.  We think of Mara everyday but this day is hers.  Just a couple pictures of the ballons we let go for her and the niche in our hall that we have decorated for her.  We miss you forever sweet baby girl - XOxoxooo for infinity...

Bath Night 2/22/11...Owen has out grown the little baby towels and is now using one of the big ones...He is so darn cute...



Angel Kisses Fundraiser 2/26/11...Owen was home with Grandma Zieglar while John and I were at the Fundraiser.  Thank you to all who came out and helped, we raised 19,000 to help support local families who have lost babies.  Here is a picture of the AMAZING women I worked with to accomplish this goal
